This section provides a list of questions and answers of items that
we are frequently asked.
1. Question:
"Can I use my charge card?"
Answer: In order to keep rates down we do not accept
charge cards.
Cash or check only
2. Question: "Can an extra person stay
at the cabin?"
Answer: Some cabins do allow for one extra persons.
There is a small
charge. Non-disclosure of extra people will result in an immediate
eviction
3. Question: "Do you supply towels?"
Answer: No, in order to keep rental costs low, you
must bring your own
towels.
4. Question: "What kind of deposit do I
need on a boat rental?"
Answer: A $200.00 cash deposit is required
at time of Pontoon Rentals.
Also, a $20.00 cash deposit is required at time of Skiff Rental.
All boat rentals require payment in full prior to rental.
5. Question: "Can I bring a tent or camper?"
Answer: Do not allow campers or tents because space
is limited.
6. Question: "Can I have a guest over for
the day?"
Answer: All day guests must register at office.
7. Question: "Can I get a refund on my
deposit if I cancel?"
Answer: We do not allow refunds on deposit.
8. Question: "What comes in a cabin?"
Answer: All cabins come equipped with the following:
Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishes,
Pots and Pans,
Silverware, Bed and Linens, and of course Cable TV
9. Question: "What is the rate for extra
persons?"
Answer: Extra Persons are $15 per day each or $75
